Oh Snap! Policy

✩♥All Photographers have their own set prices, however we all still have kept our prices lower then our competitors. You ALWAYS get high quality images for a fraction of the price♥✩

✩♥A 50% deposit is required before any work is done, a sales rep will contact you or be in the studio the time of the booking to fill out an order form with you, you will be asked to pay a deposit at this time, then our photographer will be instructed to get in contact with you and set up a session♥✩

✩♥No refunds will be issued after client has accepted the images. Deposits are always non refundable, unless under extreme circumstances.You will be given the chance to preview your images before final purchase. No modifications will be made after final payment is made.♥✩

✩♥ You will be contacted within 24 hours after a booking, and your images will be complete depending on the photographer, the photographer will give you a time frame of completion after your photo shoot.♥✩

✩♥It may be a good idea to tell your photographer what kind of image you want, profile, pick, adboard etc. because sizes can be adjusted so that it fits the formats and doesn't distort the picture♥✩

✩♥All Photographs on display in the gallery are meant to serve as sample of our quality. We cannot make exact duplicates of these photographs, however, the photographer can use them as a guide to make something similar♥✩

✩♥Discounts are NOT stackable, for example: Babygirls employees get 20% off always, if we have a promotion for a holiday for 30% off, you do not get 50% off if you are a babygirl employee, you get the highest discount at the time.♥✩

BUYER'S AGREEMENT

Oh Snap! photography, logos, and promotion images are provided to the client as copy, mod, transfer.

Oh Snap! Artists retain all copyrights to all images unless agreed upon in writing. The client is not purchasing the copyrights, only the right to use the images around Second Life. The client may not redistribute for profit these textures in whole or in part. The client may not store it any place on a network or on the Internet where it may be sold by a third party. The client may not modify the texture in any way. In purchasing our products you agree to the terms stated above. Oh Snap! will enforce this user agreement to the fullest possible extent.
